Welcome to the Red Feather Lakes Property Owner’s Association (POA) web site!  The Red Feather POA covers an area sometimes known as Historic Red Feather and is considered to be properties within a five mile radius of the RFL Fire Station, however there are exceptions to this description.

Mountain Pine Beetle Update

We have scheduled a clinic/class on Mountain Pine Beetles for Saturday, April 10, 2010. The class will be led by a representative from the CO State Forest Service. It will be held in the RFL POA building starting at 9 AM. The classroom activity will run until lunchtime. After lunch, there will be a field trip to nearby beetle infestations. This class is primarily for those that wish to participate on the RFL Beetle Team, however sufficient room will be available for those just interested in protecting their own property. Weather Station Update

The weather station is now up and running!! The instrument receiver has been moved to the RFL Library and is sending information to this web page every 5 minutes, 24/7. You can catch it on the “weather” link on this page. The camera is fully operational and looking to the south over Ramona Lake. The camera reports every 5 minutes during daylight hours.
